I've completed my review of PR #58 which converted the github-action repo from JavaScript to TypeScript.

User-facing changes: None. The GitHub Action's inputs, outputs, and behavior remain the same. Users continue using doc-detective/github-action@v1 exactly as before, so the user-facing CI documentation doesn't need updates.

Contributor-facing changes: The repo is now TypeScript-based with a new build system (esbuild instead of ncc).

Documentation Update

I created a suggestion that updates the github-action repository documentation to note it's now TypeScript-based. This follows the pattern established by other repo docs (like doc-detective.md mentioning "NPM-based CLI tool") to help contributors understand the technical stack.

The change is minimal—adding "is a TypeScript-based GitHub Action that" to the intro paragraph of the contributor documentation for the github-action repo.
